Timeline7:30am – Report time for ALL personnel, WTW Band Room7:45 – Bus Departure8:00 – Bus Arrives at GMU8:15 – Transition to storage area (MTB 2018)8:30 – Transition to warm up8:45 – Warm Up begins9:15 – Warm Up ends, transition to stage9:30 –Performance Time10:30 –Sight Reading11:00 – Approximate Sight Read end time11:15 – Transition to storage area (MTB 2018)11:25 – Transition to Buses11:30 – Load Bus11:45 – Bus Departure12:00 – Bus Arrives at WTW--12:45pm –Symphonic Band performance (optional, but no transportation provided)Things to remember…• You must report fully dressed in your concert uniform – there are no facilities to changeo Tuxedo checklist: Shirt, pants, jacket, long black socks, dinkles, cummerbund, bowtieo Dress checklist: Dress, long black socks, concert dress shoeso Other Uniform reminders: hair that touches your shoulder must be put up/back and off your shoulders,no hoop earrings (studs only), deodorant YES, cologne/perfume NO.• Please arrive having already eaten. There is no food or drink inside the facility (except water)• Please bring all of your music, instrument, sticks, accessories, etc. with you – we will not have the ability (or time)to go back to Woodson for anything.• We are guests in this facility, please behave in a respectful manner at all times. Most people attending are familyof the performers so be kind and courteous of other schools the entire time. Be respectful of all event staff andparent chaperones.• This is the fulfillment of an important curricular component of this course, and as such you are on a school fieldtrip. Please keep that in mind.
