Itinerary for District Assessments this weekend:
Concert Band, Friday, March 3:
2:30pm: Students dismissed from class to change

2:50pm: Students inspected and load bus
3:00pm: Depart for West Potomac HS
3:45pm: Arrive at WPHS, unload, RR, unpack
4:30pm: Warm Up begins
5:20pm: Leave Warm Up for stage
5:30pm: Performance time
6:10pm: Go to sight-reading room
6:20pm: Complete sight-reading, pack up, RR, go home
(cir.)7:15pm: Arrive at WTW, unload, go home

Symphonic Band, Saturday, March 4:
2:45pm: Band room is unlocked

3:00pm: recommended arrival time for students
3:15pm: Students are all present and fully dressed by this time
3:30pm: Depart WTW for West Potomac HS
4:15pm: Arrive at WPHS, unload, RR, unpack
4:45pm: Warm Up begins
5:30pm: Leave Warm Up room for stage
5:45pm: Performance Time
6:20pm: Leave stage for Sight-Reading Room
6:45pm: Sight-Reading completed, pack up, RR, go home
