2:00pm - Rehearsal
4:00 – Rehearsal ends; eat, pack, load (bring lunch)
5:45 – Depart WTW
7:30 – Arrive; unload, RR
8:30 – Warm Up
9:15 – Depart Warm Up
9:30 – Gate Time
9:45 –Performance Time, IMMEDIATELY re-enter stadium
10:20 – Awards
10:40 – Load buses, Depart
12:30 – Arrive at WTW, unload, clean room, dismiss
• Bring a bag lunch, and money for concessions
• Uniform – Be sure to have black shoes, black socks, white T-shirt. No jewelry or nail polish.
• Bring extra reeds, mouthpiece caps and tuners.
• Students must ride the bus to and from the event. If there is an extenuating circumstance, it must be in writing and
approved by the director.
• After we perform, all students will sit as a group in the bleachers for the awards. There will be no wandering
around the stadium.

The Tiny Tots concerts are held the week after Thanksgiving. Performances are held in the main gymnasium at 10 am on both Wednesday and Thursday. W.T. Woodson’s Wind Ensemble performs traditional holiday favorites as well as current popular features. The $5 admission fee supports future holiday shows as well as other WTW Band programs.
