Woodson’s Team Itinerary: (4 Guard Teams competing in our division Scholastic Regional A)
- 9:45 AM Band Room Doors Open
- 10:00 AM Rehearsal (Don’t be late)
- 1:10 PM Run Through
- 1:20 PM Eat/Pack/Load (all equipment, props and flags)
- 12:00 PM Drivers/Chaperones arrive TBD
- 2:50 PM Load Carpool
- 3:00 PM Depart WOODSON (70-85 min drive time)
- 4:40 PM Arrival at GOVERNOR THOMAS JOHNSON HS
- 4:50 PM Official Check In Time
- 5:20 PM In uniform and make-up at holding area
- 5:50 PM Depart for Warm-ups
- 5:55 PM Body Warm-up
- 6:19 PM Equipment Warm-up
- 6:43 PM PERFORMANCE TIME
- 6:55 PM Pack Up Equipment
- 7:00 PM Change out of uniform (jeans & show shirt)
- 7:15 PM Dinner @ Governor TJ HS (students can bring own food or buy concessions)
- 9:00 PM COLORGUARD AWARDS & CRITIQUE
- 9:50 PM Load carpool following awards
- 10:00 PM Depart GOVERNOR THOMAS JOHNSON HS
- 11:20 PM Arrive WOODSON HS/Unload Equipment & Props
- 11:30 PM Dismissed after all gear unloaded
