Winter Guard 3 FEB 2024 competition info

The first competition of the season is this Saturday, 3 FEB 2024 at Forest Park High School (15721 Forest Park Dr, Woodbridge, VA 22193)
Ticket Information:
Ticket Price:  Adults (11+) = $ 15.00       Children 6-10 and Seniors = $10.00  Children up to age 5 = free
Payment Accepted:  Cash, MC, V, no personal checks, booster checks made payable to Forest Park High School Band Boosters 

**Venmo will be accepted.  QR codes will be available at tickets sales and at concessions.**

All Charged Admissions will incur a $1 Service Fee per ticket.

8:45 AMBand Room Doors Opened
9:00 AMRehearsal (DO NOT BE LATE)
9:45 AMRun Through Show
10:00 AMEat/Pack up equipment
11:15 AMLoad Equipment into Cargo Van, meet with drivers
11:25 AMDepart for Forest Park HS (40-50 min drive)
12:30 PMArrive at Forest Park HS
12:34 PMCheck-In time and Unload Equipment
1:15 PMIn costume & make-up at Holding Area
1:24 PMDepart for body warm-up
1:55 PMPerformance time
2:44 PMAwards presentation
4:00 PMReport to vehicles/drivers for ride back to Woodson HS
