Volunteers Needed for Assessment Concerts

Assessment Concerts – Call for Chaperones

Wednesday, March 15^th. We need 15 chaperones please!  5 for each band!  It’s a work day.  Make arrangements now for the day or half-day off.

·       Concert Band Assessment Chaperones. Buses from Woodson.  Chaperones arrive Woodson at 6:45am.  Performance at 9:00am.

·       Symphonic Band Assessment Chaperones. Buses from Woodson.  Chaperones arrive Woodson at 10:15am. Performance at 12:30pm.

·       Wind Ensemble Assessment Chaperones.  No buses.  Students and chaperones please park at Lot K and report to GMU Center for the Arts at 3:45pm. Performance at 4:45pm.

Performances are at Center for the Arts, George Mason University.  Park at Lot K if not riding the buses. Parents welcome to attend (whether or not you chaperone, but I hope you’ll chaperone too!)
