Uniform Fitting Day Sat, Aug 12, 2023: Information, Forms & Volunteers
Uniform fitting day is Saturday (8/12/23) for ALL BAND STUDENTS. This event is for all students registered for a band class. It includes fitting for concert uniforms and marching uniforms. (Non-Marchers will wear a uniform for Tag Day, so must be fit in advance).
Timeslots for this mandatory event – Please arrive for fittings during the appropriate time slots. Absences MUST be prearranged with Mr Morgan (ASAP) with mandatory make-up Aug 14, 2023, 6-7:30 PM.
- Seniors: 9:00-9:30 am
- Juniors: 9:30-10:00 am
- Sophomores: 10:00-10:30 am
- Freshmen: 10:45-11:30 am
Prices for common uniform items:
Band Polo – $30
Marching Shoes – $30
Cummerbund & Bow Tie – $10
Tux Shirt – $15
Option 2 (Dress) Concert Shoes – $47
Please bring a blank check or cash to UFD (NEW This year, we are going to accept Credit Card payment as an option)
ALL HANDS ON DECK!! We need 40 volunteers in order to fit all students in one day and about 10 volunteers to help set up the night before. No previous experience is necessary, we will train you. Coffee, water and donuts/snacks are provided. Students sign up in the classroom. Students receive service hours for working this event. Main areas are shoes, marching uniforms, and concert uniforms. If you have any prior experience with fitting day or tailoring, please note it in the comment section. We need both male and female volunteers to assist with the fittings.
