Pit/Equipment Crew Help Needed

We are still missing the needed volunteers to get the pit/front ensemble equipment from the band room to the staging area on the track for the home game on September 6th!
Meet at the band room at 5:30pm to help move the gear to the field. Also need folks to help assemble the props on the practice field and move them down to the staging area on the track too. Meet at the practice field at around 5:30pm to help get the props ready. Home Game performance is on FRIDAY!! 9/6!!
