Our second competition of the season will be held at the Loudon Invitational, hosted by Dominion High School, 21326 Augusta Drive, Sterling, VA
Ticket Pricing is $10.00 for general admission (13+) Youth (6-12) $5.00.

Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend this event. The performances are amazing, and fun for the whole family.
Marching Cavalier’s Itinerary:
12:00 PM – Seatrain/Garage Opens, set up props
12:30 PM – Rehearsal Begins
2:30 PM – Rehearsal ends; eat, pack, load (bring lunch)
4:30 PM – Depart WTW
5:30 PM – Arrive; unload, RR, Assemble Props
6:25 PM – Warm Up (Warm Up Area 1)
6:55 PM – Move from Warm Up to Gate
7:05 PM – Gate Time
7:15 PM –Performance Time
9:00 PM – Awards
9:15 PM – Load buses, Depart
10:00 PM– Arrive at WTW, unload, clean room, dismiss
Notes:
• Bring a bag lunch
• Uniform – Be sure to have black marching shoes, black socks, white T-shirt. No jewelry or nail polish.
• Bring good instruments unless it is raining.
• Bring extra reeds, mouthpiece caps and tuners.
• Students must ride the bus to and from the event. If there is an extenuating circumstance, it must be in writing and approved by the director.
• After we perform, all students will sit as a group in the bleachers for the awards. There will be no wandering around the stadium.
